Peter Grundy

one of my favourite information graphic artists, he uses bold sharp colour to create these very aesthetically pleasing visuals, which often helps us understand a clearer meaning of a difficult subject.

Harry Beck famous for designing the london underground system.

Patrick George

info graphic artist, he uses bright bold colours which sometimes have no stroke.

Julie Zhao

3 point perspective

5 point

4 point

Zhao is currently studying at Teeside uni, i find her work amazing, the intricate and considered lines build up to make these beautiful variations of perspective. Ive taken alot of inspiration from her work to develop my knowlege of 3 point perspective.

Yuichi Yokoyama (perspective)

Yokoyama is a Japanese Illustrator, he has a book which is purely pictorial, containing no words.

Cubes mock-ups.....

basket making....

Lucas Samaras

box number 54. wood has been used as the main material in this box, its been intricately carved. Psychedelic like patterns have then been worked in using synthetic polymer paints.

i really like this box because of the materials used and the fact its very different. Its made from pins and stone on cardboard.

this box also looks to have been created using pins and sharp cuts of glass.

Shepherd Fairey

Shepherd Fairey emerged from the skateboarding scene and primarily uses silk screens in his work. He uses the old poster format of using red and black which works well to capture the audiences eye and create a bold image.

Kate Moross

Moross is an Illustrator/Designer, she uses a wide range of colours which are striking and keep the audience attracted, and also draw attention to catch the eye.
